WWU车辆政策

A. No unlicensed or improperly licensed vehicle may operate on WWU campuses. 车主/经营者有责任确保他们的机动车辆按照州法律获得适当的许可和保险.

B. Maximum speed on WWU campuses is 10 miles per hour. 所有停车标志、方向箭头或其他交通指示都必须随时遵守.

C. 禁止使用未经授权的机动车辆, 包括摩托车和滑板车, shall be operated on WWU walkways intended for foot traffic, or on any lawns or other seeded areas.

E. No major motor repair may be done on WWU campuses, except in locations approved by residence hall deans.

G. WWU assumes no liability for items lost, damaged or stolen while on WWU property, including but not limited to vehicles and/or their contents.

H. 未经事先批准, 任何残废或不能使用的车辆不得停放在世界大学校园内超过30天. Such vehicles are to be parked in an area approved by 校园安全, and they are not to be left in areas of normal traffic or parking. Unless prior arrangements have been made with 校园安全, 长时间无人看管的车辆可能会被拖走，风险和费用由车主承担.

I. 在任何时候都需要国家颁发的ADA停车许可证才能在WWU的残疾人停车位停车. Requests for other parking accommodations may be made to 校园安全.

J. WWU reserves the right to issue citation and/or tow any unregistered, or illegally or improperly parked vehicles, or vehicles that have multiple unpaid parking tickets, at the risk and expense of the owner/operator.

A.   停车作业.

c)宿舍楼学生不得将车停在任何标有绿色(亮或暗)或黑色停车标志的日间停车场. 

d) 街道停车 is permitted, see 4.c以下.

A.3.  索迪斯员工.

a) May park in lot X or in 戴维斯学校 parking stalls closest to Kellogg Hall. Overnight parking is prohibited in these lots.

b) 街道停车 is permitted, see 4.c以下.

A.4.  农村的学生.

a)农村学生日间停车场只在标有浅绿色停车标志的地段提供(B), C, G, H, J, U, T, 1-6). Overnight parking is prohibited, with the exception of lots 1-6. 学生 who live in WWU apartments may park, 白天或晚上, 在相应的停车场，浅绿色停车标志(1-6)上标有数字.

A.5.  游客/客人.

B. 停车费.

在WWU期间将车辆带入校园的学生将在注册时支付45美元的停车费, which will be valid during that current school year. 停车费 will fund parking lot improvements, parking registration costs and security/parking enforcement costs.

C. 街道停车.

C.1.1. Davis Avenue, east of the Winter Educational Complex.

C.1.2. Bade Avenue, in front of the WWU Church.

E. 车辆登记标签.

已登记的车辆将获发颜色协调的车辆登记标签，以配合其适当的停车场分配. 没有为车辆登记及/或在车辆上显示适当的登记标签，可能会导致传票及/或拖走，风险及费用由车主/经营人承担. 

F. 违反上诉.

违规罚款可随时在线或在正常营业时间到校园安全办公室提出上诉. 所有 appeal requests are reviewed by the Director of 校园安全 who, 如果有必要的话, may confer with university administration before rendering a decision. 所有 appeal decisions are considered final.

G. 违反罚款.

任何违反WWU车辆政策(wallawalla)的车辆都将被罚款.edu/security, “WWU车辆政策”). Fines must be paid within two weeks of the date issued, or:

学生停车场提供在复临医疗中心员工停车场位于宿舍后面. 学生的车辆必须在学生第一次到校或更换车辆或车牌时登记. An Adventist 健康 parking sticker is required. 学生也可以把车停在 北 side of Market Street, but this is not as safe as the employee parking lot. Do not park on the south side (residential side) of Market Street, 因为医院和邻居之间有协议，汽车不会停在这些房子前面.
